I come to our virtual sessions, committed to you, warm welcoming, intuitive, and well versed in therapeutic modalities, that are tailored to you. My approach is so naturally interwoven throughout our interaction that you will feel vulnerable enough to open up and share with ease, be open to gaining insight, and exploring patterns that are holding you back in life, with the willingness to learn new behaviours. At every session, you will find comfort in connecting with a psychotherapist like myself, who always comes ready to meet you where you are.

Our individual virtual or phone psychotherapy sessions together, offer a safe and confidential space for us to explore your thoughts, emotions, the root of your patterns, and the interrelationship between your past, present, and future. I am trained, grounded, and well rounded, to help you address various concerns with "the self", your mental health and life concerns, guiding you towards a more fulfilling life.
